State-of-the-Art Drainback Technology

• Active indirect (closed loop) with high-temperature thermal limiting to prevent overheating
• Fail-safe freeze protection
• Collector will not stagnate with fluid inside
• No vent, freeze or relief valves required on roof top

• Standard 3.4 sq. ft. copper coil heat exchanger (6.2 or 9.8 sq. ft. also available)
• Steca 301 electronic solar controller
• Taco 003 and 009 series bronze circulator pumps
• Honeywell thermostatic mixing valve
• Inline flow-meter and sight glass for drainback water level
• Air vent valve for potable loop
• Pre-fitted PEX plumbing fittings for fast installation thermal collectors
• Standard 4'x8' or 4'x10' flat-plate SRCC- and FSEC-approved collectors
• Compatible with most flat-plate and evacuated tube thermal collectors
