Pricing
We try to keep our information & prices as current as possible. However, due to possible unforeseen changes there may be a price or informational change on an item before we have a chance to update it on our website. If that occurs on an item you have ordered, you will be notified of the change by phone prior to processing the order.
Payment & Credit
Currently we accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, money orders, or checks. In the case of checks, your order will be processed & shipped after receipt & clearance of any money order or check. To avoid delay, we suggest purchasing a Cashier’s Check from your bank. Although not a regular practice, Credit Card Processing fees may be applied in some instances. Acme Solar Works, LLC reserves the right to establish, negotiate, or change terms.
Shipping – Delivery
It is the policy of Acme Solar Works, LLC to provide the most cost-effective, efficient method of shipping for our customers. Each shipment method varies and is based on the size and the destination of the order.
Some larger, heavier items will require freight shipment and cannot be calculated on this site. Customers will need to contact us at 877-226-3004 for quotes on shipping the following items: Batteries, Hot Water Systems, Refrigerators, Freezers, Selected Solar PV Systems, Selected Solar Pool Heating Systems, Wind Turbines, Tower Kits, and all large Commercial products including Inverters and Power Ready Systems. Additional charges apply for residential delivery and lift gate services.
We do our best to estimate shipping cost by destination and weight to the best of this shopping cart’s programming ability. If there is any difference to the amount calculated by this program you will be contacted by phone or email before processing any orders. To verify the exact dollar amount for shipping a product or products to your destination you will need to contact our Shipping Department Mon.-Fri. 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. CST before completing an order . In the event that you have to leave a message, be sure to include your name and contact information, all product(s) and/or model#(s), and your complete shipping address. They will verify the shipping charge amount and forward to your email address or contact you by phone before processing any orders.
Methods of shipment depend on dimensions, weight, & destination. Tracking information will be available with some methods of shipping, but not all.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible during our business work week and according to availability. We strive to be expedient but cannot guarantee supply from the manufacturers.
Returns
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Acme Solar Works, LLC. If the return is authorized, the buyer will be issued a return authorization (RA) number which must be clearly marked on the package. No returns will be accepted without the RA number. The product that is returned must be brand new, in excellent, unused condition, and packaged in the original manufacturer’s carton with all corresponding hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of the buyer’s choice within 15 days of delivery.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error was made by Acme Solar Works, LLC in shipping. Before returning an item you must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To obtain an RA number, email Customer Service.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Items that are not in salable condition and special-order items may not be returned for credit. All items must be returned freight pre-paid and insured.
Warranty
All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Customer Service Contact information will be included in the documentation that comes with each product. If you have trouble locating that information, you can contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. Most warranty repairs must be done by the manufacturer so contacting them directly can save you time. Most manufacturers’ will require the following information:
1. Serial number
2. Model number
3. Purchase date
4. Warning, Error, or Panel Fault Message
5. Description of the problem

Acme Solar Works, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Product Descriptions
Acme Solar Works, LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible although we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete or error-free. If you are not happy with any product as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in the original packaging.
